Good value, some minor shipping issues

I ordered the Undated Planner and a few packs of Sticky Notes. The planner itself is great for the price; it feels sturdy and the layout is very practical. I found the value to be pretty good compared to other brands I've looked at. My only slight issue was with the shipping notification; it took a day longer than expected for the tracking to update after I got the initial email saying it had shipped. It wasn't a huge delay, maybe an extra day or so, but it left me wondering for a bit. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but just provided the same tracking link. Overall, I'm happy with the products and they do help me stay organized, but clearer tracking updates would be an improvement.

This is my third purchase from Bloom Planners, and once again, they didn't disappoint. I've previously bought a Teacher Planner and some Daily To-Do Pads. This time I needed a new set of File Folders and a Monthly Desk Calendar.
